Warmups

This is the page for you to list all your warmups, as well as links to videos, pictures, etc!

Warmups are a very important part of training. However, you still must disguise repetition during your warmups. The key to a really good warmup is to elevate the body temperature, loosen up the muscles and joints, and get the student mentally prepared for class. Simply put, warming up increases performance. Here are a few warmup drills that you can use:
