Relay Races

• Relay Races – Line the students up in teams and run relays. The races can be simple races (ie, running, kicking, crawling, shrimping, etc) or you can have them run down and do something (falling technique, form, etc). Other fun variations require students to run and jump over an obstacle (flying side kick, roll, or freestyle), or carry equipment back and forth.
