PushingPushingThere are many ways to improve this grappling need but one that comes to mind that can be beneficial and be used as a game is pushing against a partner. Standing, hands interlocked with partners, put opposite shoulders together and begin to push each other. Partners alternate between pushing with shoulders and leg and pushing with arms. This activity can also be done with tools like a pilates ball where you get on your hands and knees and push with your shoulder or neck (works the legs and lower back too). Can also put the ball between chests and push (must maintain balance and direction of movement).
