Middle Splits

Middle Splits is practically self-explanatory. All one should do is spread out their legs as far of an angle as they can; such as spreading their legs to the maxium of at 180 degrees. Then you should gently be in the middle splits position for about 10-20 seconds and relax putting the your body to the floor. This stretch is meant to stretch your inner thigh muscles.
