Kicks and PushupsThis is a great conditioning drill. Have two students wear hogus and face each other. Have one student do 10 (or any number) of kicks to their partner while the partner counts. Then have the partner do it. It works best with Double Kicks but also with single Roundhouse Kicks. After that, both partners drop and do 10 Pushups together, looking each other in the eye.Next, they jump up and do 9 Double Kicks and 9 Pushups and then continue to 8, 7, etc all the way down to 1. If some groups finish before the others, have them cheer the others on. For extra difficulty, add in Toasters after the Pushups.
