In Place Warmup

In-Place Warmup: This works particularly well with a large class that you feel would take a long time to warm up. You can do exercises like jumping jacks, windmills, steps, high knees, push-ups, toasters (spread out), etc to get the class warmed up. Also running in place for about 2 minutes will warm up a class in no time. In place warm ups also work well to intertwine the stretches with the warm up drills. :-)
