Heel Choke From Armbar

Here is a video of a heel choke from armbar. This technique is done if someone counters the armbar grabbing their hands. The technique is done by puttin the top of the foot across the neck and using the other leg to then go behind the neck. The choke is done by pulling with one leg and straightening the foot.
