Forms Situps

There are two variations here. The main idea is when the partner comes up from a situp, have them think of a move in their form. They could either do the move, or say it. For instance, Chun Ji would be like this

  • Situp "Long Stance Low Block"
  • Situp "Long Stance Punch"
etc...

The benefit here is that the students have to really know their forms to complete it. Also, they will concentrate on the forms and forget about the workout their stomach is getting.
